Usually not. Starting from a well-built Online Store 2.0 theme and customizing it is faster, cheaper, and easier for your team to maintain.
Can you move features from my old theme to a new one?
Yes. I port sections, add-ons, and purchase logic over to the new theme and test them before anything goes live.
Will my store go down while you work?
No. Changes are built on an unpublished theme, so your live store keeps selling the whole time.
